I have been suffering from chronic neck stiffness and shoulder tension for over three years due to working at a desk all day. I have tried at least four different memory foam and feather pillows, but nothing provided proper support until I got the Skelda Pillow. As a side sleeper, finding a pillow that keeps my head elevated without crushing my shoulder has always been a challenge. The raised side wings on this pillow keep my spine completely straight, and the built-in arm cutouts give my lower arm a comfortable spot to rest. I no longer wake up with numbness in my hand or arm. It is definitely high quality memory foam that holds its shape.
